Inspired by ancient South East Asian health and wellness practices, this luxury day spa offers holistic therapies in an exquisitely realized sanctuary. In crafting their campaign launch we produced a photo shoot, collateral design and an e-commerce website to support online reservations and retail product sales. Accordingly, this expansive spa experience was met with early enthusiasm from the local community. We channeled the market’s initial response into a multi-dimensional advertising and PR campaign, which included strategic business partnerships with select luxury brands, publicity events and targeted media coverage; key components in broadening awareness and establishing a top-end market position.
We worked with the spa’s team auditing telephone manner, check-in processes, treatment experiences and facility inspections. By implementing a quality standards system in the Marketing Department, we satisfied international Spa Excellence requirements; which contributed to The Spa Ritual’s 2010 Level 3 Spa Excellence certification. This multinational certification formally documents the superior operating measures underwriting all spa activities, while communicating excellence and cultivating guest loyalty.
